  • All on-site photography, up to 2 hours with wide angle capability
  • One-time processing to compensate for windows and wide angle artifacts (following submission, we also offer additional touch-ups at a nominal charge per photo)
  • Up to 40 hi-res and 40 lo-res photos for properties up to 4,500 square feet (up to 60 hi-res and lo-res for over 4,500 square feet)
  • All photos on a CD or DVD for your unlimited use

Photography up to 4,500 square feet = $100.00 + TN sales tax
4,500+ square feet = $150.00 + tax

  For photography shoots which require travel over 35 miles to and from our location, please add 35 cents per mile surcharge to and from your location to and from our office at 902 Sunnydale Road, Knoxville, Tn.
