We have 3 options to choose from:
$149 - Approximately 90 second high definition professional 'walk through' video. This tour includes background music and limited editing. Perfect for a condo or small home in the range of 1,500 SF or smaller. No narration. No branding other than property address. Perfect to display on the MLS. Posted only on WellcomeMat. This video is only available to current Homes & Land advertisers.
$249* - 2 minute high definition professional video. This is a more detailed video which includes background music, professional voiceover, scripting, and personal branding option (you can be on camera). We post this video to all the sites listed on the website page and give you a URL and embed code so you can post the video to additional sites. Branded and unbranded version included for MLS.
$349* - 3 minute high definition professional video which includes all the services listed for the $249 video plus 1 more minute. QR code linking to video also provided. Required for homes over 5,000 SF.
*If you're not a current Homes & Land advertiser add $100 to the $249 or $349 option. This includes your listing advertised in Homes & Land magazine for 4 weeks and you receive all the advantages offered to our advertisers (website, social media syndication, direct mail, 20+ web syndication, etc).
DVD - $10 each
Realtor.com - $25 to post the video if you're not a showcase member.

$100 + sales tax. Includes up to 40 high and low resolution images.
