Terms
We will be on site for not more than 1 visit per home, at 1 hour max, and will utilize either one or two videographers to videotape the exterior and interior of the home to be presented.
A representative must meet the videographer on site to go over any features you want included or excluded from the video. This is very important to ensure we know exactly what you want. We're happy to include you or a person from your company on camera and/or off camera narrating; we will provide in-house scripting and narration service at no additional cost unless a script is provided.
If the client refuses/is not able to be on property while we are on-site, the client will indemnify and hold Tape-It and Homes & Land harmless from any consequential or inconsequential issues that may arise in any way from our being at the home to videotape their production.
Home will be shot as is. Staging of the home should be done prior to shooting and is the responsibilty of the client (ie. turning tvs on, setting up hot tubs, etc)
For liability reasons, under no circumstances will we light fireplaces in a home that we are shooting alone; this will apply to gas, wood, or any other form of fireplace or heating unit. If the client wants a fire displayed, we will videotape this ONLY with the client present to actually set up the fireplace, and who will be responsible to ensure the fire is out.
There will be no proof provided. We will not make any changes to our completed work with the exception of errors in the script copy that we created. If the client supplies us with scripting or written information that was in error, and wishes to make a change, we will do so at a fee of $75.00 for the change or changes in an editing set; an additional fee of $75.00 will be charged for each additional set. This is to be paid in advance before any further work is to take place. If not paid within 3 business days, we will assume the client has approved the finished video. If the client insists on video edits not related to accuracy within any copy, these will be made at the above rate.
The final production will be no longer than described on the prices page. The production is limited to on-site footage we shoot, and only footage that is not restricted by any copyright. We will accept outside footage only upon the receipt of a written release from the original producer. Specialized footage (i. e. animations, outside stock footage, etc.) are not included in this price.
You have viewed our recent videos to see examples of the quality of our work and exactly what you're purchasing.
We will provide you with a URL and embed code. It’s your responsibility to place the video on your local MLS, your personal website, and/or your company site. We will add the video to the sites listed at “websites” ($149 videos will only be placed on WellcomeMat). Websites are subject to change at anytime. Realtor.com costs $25 per video if you’re not a showcase member.
NO REFUNDS will be provided after a video has been shot and produced.
Payment must be made before the video is shot.
You must agree to these terms prior to placing a video order.
