We have a passion for video! We began shooting real estate videos in 2006! We’ve been on YouTube since 2007 and have received over 500,000 views of our videos! 

We have a long history of helping real estate agents with their marketing. Our parent company, Homes & Land Media, was founded in 1983 in Sevier County. My father, Russ Haskins, started Homes & Land of the Smokies as a way for agents and brokers to promote their services in a real estate magazine. Homes & Land Magazine continues to this day and offers many services in print and online which compliment our video and photography services.

I have worked alongside my parents at Homes & Land Media throughout my career. I was born in Knoxville, TN and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1998 (Go Vols!) with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Business. I’ve also studied photography and even worked with iPix out of Oak Ridge in the late 90s to be one of the first people in the World to begin offering 360 degree virtual tours of homes!

I’ve been blessed to work with one of the best videographers in the industry throughout our company’s history. Our videographer handles the production and wonderful professional narrations you’ll hear throughout our videos. We take great pride in producing a quality piece you’ll be happy to share.

I’m sure I don’t need to tell you the importance of video as a part of your marketing plan. All you have to do is visit your favorite social media platform and you see for yourself that video dominates the views and shares. Consumers love video so it only makes sense that you should include video as part of your real estate marketing.
