What are your prices?
Our rates are available online. Once you enter the address and square footage you’ll see the different services available with rates.
When will the photos be ready?
We will have the photos ready within 2 days. Sometimes next day depending on how busy we are. Friday shoots will be delivered by Monday.
What’s your next availability?
You can see our availability online. Click on order, enter the address, square footage, pick your service(s), and you’ll then see our schedule to pick the date and time which works best for you.
When will the video be ready?
Videos take a little bit longer than photos. Typically it’s a 3-4 day turnaround. Need it quicker? We can do that by doing a music only edit with no voiceover.
Do you have a travel fee?
There’s no travel fee for shoots within 50 miles from our office at 12805 Kingston Pike, Knoxville. Over 50 miles, it’s 0.75/mile. Travel fees are waived for Sevier County due to the volume of work we do there.
Do you post the video on the mls?
No, we are not able to post the video on mls but we give you the URL needed so you can. Once the video is live on the mls we will push the video out to our social media channels and email those links to you.
Do we write the script for the video?
You’re welcome to but we typically do that for you. We just need the highlights/features of the property or a description to work from and we’ll create the script timed to the video length.
